Alumni

Govt. College Zira Alumni Association is registered and works rigorously to connect Alumni with their Alma matter. It was registered on 02.03.2023 and has been working since then for the welfare of students. The institution is proud of its distinguished Alumni, who are placed on dignified positions as civil servants, administrators, managers, principals, CAs, sports persons, singers, theatre artists, NRIs and successful entrepreneurs. Mr. Ashok Gupta of the 1st batch of this college retd. as special Education Secretary of Punjab Government, Mr. R.P. Singh 2nd batch of this college retd. as ADC Gurdaspur, Mr. Bikkar Singh Kahlon retd. as Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Zonal manager of Punjab & Sind Bank Mr. Rupinder Singh, Mr. Sukhvarinder Singh G.M. of Punjab Agro were the student of 1st batch of this college. Mr. Pardeep Kumar is presently working as Tehsildar Jalandhar is also the product of this  college. Mr. Surinder Kumar Arora Chief Coordinator, Prof. Sahib Singh retd. Professor Public Administrator, Prof. Swarnjeet Singh Lecturer of Public Administrator of Govt. College Chandigarh.

This college has produced of civil servants, Businessmen along with many prominent people of Zira city.

One former Professor Mr. Surinder Mohan Devgan got Doctorate Degree for his thesis on W. Shakes peer the father of composite theatre, his work has been published by Penguin Publication in England.  Most of the above dignitaries are presently member of the Alumni Association.

Mr. Chamkaur Singh DEO Moga and Mr. Rakesh Sharma a prominent Principal of Punjab is also the ex-student of this college and they are members of Alumni Association.
